Logging in to the Administration
Simply enter your existing login credentials used on our main website shop.ralawise.com. If you are unsure of your username and password, please click the forgotten password link and we will send you an email that will allow you to reset your login credentials.
You will now be presented with a dashboard view of your web shop’s status and an overview of the features that are enabled. We recommend that you set up these key features to ensure your web shop offers a basic level of functionality.
The administration is structured logically so that you can set up your web shop in no time at all! Simply walk through each section of the administration starting at ‘Basic Details’. Remember to save any changes you make before proceeding to the next section.
Please note - Some of the features displayed in the screenshot above will not be available for 'basic' users.
